Local shipping information

Free Standard shipping is offered for all purchases made within Australia. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, or if you require faster delivery, you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates. After entering your Zip Code on the Canvis checkout page, we'll show you your shipping options and charges.

You will receive your order between 1-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out. It takes up to 2 working days to process your order which does not include weekends and holidays. Orders may take longer to process during sale periods. All shipping information will be emailed to you to notify which carrier is used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

At this point in time, we cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses.

Shipping rates will vary based upon the location it is being sent to and the weight of the product. Prices will also vary based on delivery options such as express delivery. All shipping costs (including any other costs) will be calculated upon checkout when finalising a sales transaction. International shipping information

Canvis Offers Free Standard World Wide Shipping.

You will receive your order anytime between 1-3 weeks from the day that it is shipped out. It takes up to 2 working days to process your order which does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow additional time to process your order during sale periods.

Delivery

  • All deliveries will be made through AUSTRALIA POST. They will leave a notice card after the first delivery attempt to advise you the different options to arrange the receipt of your package. Your signature is required upon delivery.

Refund and Exchange Policy

It is really important to us that you make the right decision prior to purchasing. For any assistance please contact us on contact@canvis.com.au . If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it doesn’t fit, we offer exchanges. Refund will be allowed if the item is faulty or the purchase is incorrect. A refund will not be granted if you simply change your mind.

 

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. (For domestic and international orders)
  • Item must be in its original condition.
  • Item must be unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed.
  • Items must be returned with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in its original garment bag.
  • Sale items are exchangeable within 14days as long as item is returned in its original condition.
  • We DO NOT exchange or refund JEWELLERY, ACCESSORIES, UNDERWEAR and BODYSUITS AND SWIMWEAR.
  • Please contact us at contact@canvis.com.au prior to returning the item. All information on how to return the item/s will be provided after contacting with us.
  • Please fill out the return form attached to your purchase and send through together with the returned item.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item that is not returned in their original state or returned after the specified number of days of the customer’s receipt. These will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping is non-refundable except where an error is made by us.

Each item goes through quality check before being dispatched. If the item purchase is faulty please contact us through contact@canvis.com.au

 

Cost for Shipping When Doing a Return

To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange, this must be made within 30 days after invoice date. CANVIS does not offer free returns and all cost of returning an item/s must be made by the consumer unless an error was made by us. In this case please contact us before returning the item/s back to us.   Should your item meet these criteria, please contact us via contact@canvis.com.au  to lodge a return. 

Currency Conversions

Hassle-free Taxes and Duties

  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees will be estimated at checkout for your information - these will not be charged by Canvis. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia.
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order and in unusual cases may delay delivery.

 

Payment Options

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard credit card payments. We do not accept personal cheque, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your account is charged once you click Complete Order at the checkout.

PAYMENT & ORDERING


Placing an Order

After selecting your items and adding them to your cart, please review your cart and be sure of the items you have selected. You may update quantities, remove items and return to the product detail page before finalising your purchase. After reviewing your cart you can either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place your order. Follow the instructions to proceed with placing your order with account information, billing address, and payment details.


Verification and Shipping

  • When placing your order please ensure all your details are correct as your order will not be processed if details do not match bank records etc.


Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking code will be emailed to you directly when the order is processed. There you will be able to track your packaging and the estimated time of arrival.

Add Items to an Order You Just Placed

  • Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order at this time.


Cancelling Your Order
